Return and Exchange Period:

We offer 30 days return policy for eligible items. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for any item purchased on our website. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

All tags and Labels should still be attached.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase:

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided (e.g. order confirmation email).

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
     - Personalized or custom-made items.
     - Intimate or sanitary goods if opened.
     - Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Prepare Your Package:

Once your return is authorized, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.

Ship the package to the return address.

Return Shipping Cost:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

No restocking fees are charged.

Refund Processing

We will give you a notification once we get and check the return and the permission to get the refund. In case of approval, you will get a refund on the method of payment that you used initially in a span of 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require a long time to put the money back on your account. In case the return had taken over 10 business days after we accepted it, email info@combinedsourceofficefurniture.store.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange based on availability.
